Capsule Comms was tasked with leveraging the brand’s recent launch into the UK market to gain widespread media recognition and organic social coverage.
In order to cut through the growing noise around intimate care, and importantly go against common perceptions that intimate care products are often counterproductive, Capsule Comms took a hyper-targeted approach. Driving education, leveraging the brand’s female health experts and highlighting its key points of difference were all pivotal elements in the strategy.
The press-office focussed approach was elevated with a few standalone activations and events, both virtual and in-person, which helped build a social community alongside media fans. Under Capsule Comms’ approach, Luna Daily also gained various award wins and nominations with publications such as Marie Claire, Get The Gloss, Sunday Times STYLE and Pure Beauty.

Since June 2022, Capsule Comms has generated over 100 pieces of coverage for Luna Daily with a total reach of 527,042,340.
