In the lead up to Male Grooming Day as well as taking place during Hair Loss Awareness Month, Capsule Comms hosted a salon 1:1 day on behalf of Toppik with celebrity hairstylist, Ricky Walters at his Soho salon – SALON64. Ricky is a regular go-to for male VIPs, including: Eyal Booker, Joel Dommett, Iain Stirling and has been known to previously cut tennis star, Novak Djokovic’s hair before his matches.

Influencer guests were invited to have a consultation with Ricky and be shown how to efficiently use the Toppik Hair Fibers range to suit their concerns and needs. Following this, guests were treated to a cut and style from Ricky using the products whilst enjoying the relaxed ombience of SALON64.

In a recent OnePoll survey commissioned by the brand, it was revealed that only one in three men feel somewhat comfortable talking openly about their hair journey. The purpose of the event was to create a safe space for guests to talk about hair loss and thinning with a renowned industry professional, whilst showcasing the transformative aspect of Toppik to conceal concerns and give the appearance of thicker and fuller hair.

THE RESULTS: x30 pieces of social captured throughout the day with a total reach of 700k.
